Can you ever have too many bags?!! As part of its Earth Day promotions, Target is giving away free reusable bags April 17 to one million folks, while supplies last. ( That’s only a few hours, from first-hand experience!) The cute slogan on the bag reads “Fill. Refill. Repeat.” Note that you must make a purchase to get this freebie.
