Houston International Festival takes place in the streets, plazas and parks of downtown Houston. Hours are from 12 -10 p.m. Saturdays, 12 - 8 p.m. Sundays.
Currently celebrating its 41st year, the festival returns with continuous music, dance and cultural performances on ten stages.
